Welcome to our new website. I'm Eddie Holmes, your Bienville Parish Clerk of Court. I was elected in the fall of 2019 and officially took office on July 1, 2020. I served for 12 years under the previous Clerk of Court, Jim Martin. This office prides itself on customer service, convenience, and fiscal responsibility. Contrary to most public offices, the Clerk's office does not operate on tax revenues. We are completely funded on the services we provide.
